If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. - There are 20 stairs down to the private entrance from parking — which may be challenging for those with limited mobility. - Nestled 3/4 of the way up Copley Mountain, having access to a vehicle is highly recommended.

I highly recommend using ride-share service U-Ride. For Taxi companies, I recommend AC Taxi or Yellow cab Turo is the Airbnb of car rentals. For an affordable car rental, I recommend Enterprise 15 min to Departure Bay ferry terminal. 20 min to Hullo ferry and Helijet terminal. 30 mins to Nanaimo airport.

Nach einer vierwöchigen Kanadarundreise haben wir 5 Nächte hier verbracht und die traumhafte, ruhige Lage mit Blick auf die Strait of Georgia genossen. Das Apartment ist völlig perfekt und in höchster Qualität ausgestattet. Man merkt, dass es Gastgeberin Lisa sehr wichtig ist, dass ihre Gäste zufrieden sind, sie hat einfach an alles gedacht, was den Aufenthalt unvergesslich macht. Besonders hervorzuheben sind auch die wertvollen Hinweise und Tipps, die Lisa ihren Gästen über eine eigene Internetplattform zur Verfügung stellt, was das Erkunden der Schönheiten der Umgebung wie auch das Auffinden von guten Lokalen sehr erleichtert. Es war bei weitem die beste Unterkunft unseres Urlaubs. -

Beautiful clean apartment high in the mountains with stunning views. Everything we needed for a family stay. Lovely outside area with gas pit fire to just sit and relax and take in the views. Apartment is attached to the owners stunning house. Lisa (the owner) who made us very welcome and gave us some great information and tips for our stay. Will definitely return if visiting Vancouver Island again. Thank you. Nothing at all.

I really enjoyed the peace, tranquility, and beautiful surroundings of this property. It was a refreshing change from the usual hotels I stay in and made for a much more relaxing and enjoyable experience. The setting was calm, comfortable, and exactly what I was looking for. There was nothing I didn’t like. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

I‘d give 11 out of 10 points! After staying in numerous hotels on our trip, this felt like coming home. The apartment is part of a private house, wonderfully situated on the top of a mountain with a stunning view. A little outside, but it was ideal for exploring with fast access to lots of the highlights of the area - endless trails and beautiful waterfalls all within 15-30 min drive. The apartment looks brandnew, is better equipped than a standard household and you could tell that the owners are very thoughtful. And finally a shower with normal water pressure! Nice outside space- yoga at sunrise, what more can you want…

Beautifully furnished, spacious clean and modern. Gorgeous views and immaculate kitchen. The amenities were superb and the hosts have provided everything you need. Was a great location to base ourselves for exploring the east coast, and inland to Cathedral grove. The only little suggestion would be a patio cover for the outdoor seating area. It rained occasionally while we were visiting so we weren’t able to sit outside and enjoy the amazing view.

We stayed here as a family with our two kids and had a wonderful, relaxing stay. The space felt special from the moment we arrived. The suite was clean, modern, and thoughtfully set up for families. Having a fully equipped kitchen made meals easy and stress-free. We also really enjoyed the outdoor area with the fire pit, which was perfect for winding down together in the evenings.  The ocean and mountain views are truly beautiful!   We appreciated how quiet and peaceful it felt at night; yet, just a short drive to town. Overall, it felt welcoming and home-like, and we’d happily stay again.

Beautiful views, although hard to see from inside. Full kitchen, well stocked. Beautifully clean and modern space. Very comfortable bed and nice shower/tub! A bit of a drive out of Nanaimo. Not a problem for me as I wanted to be in a quiet dark community, but important to be aware. Apple Maps also does not guide you correctly, definitely need to use the Google map that is sent with the welcome package.
