If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. - There are 20 stairs down to the private entrance from parking — which may be challenging for those with limited mobility. - Nestled 3/4 of the way up Copley Mountain, having access to a vehicle is highly recommended.

I highly recommend using ride-share service U-Ride. For Taxi companies, I recommend AC Taxi or Yellow cab Turo is the Airbnb of car rentals. For an affordable car rental, I recommend Enterprise 15 min to Departure Bay ferry terminal. 20 min to Hullo ferry and Helijet terminal. 30 mins to Nanaimo airport.
